Center Art LLC, operating Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition, seeks an Admissions Lead to supervise and train the admissions team while driving guest service excellence. You will coordinate upselling opportunities, ensure schedules and break compliance, and maintain a positive, safe guest environment.

You’ll partner with management, attend leadership meetings, and coach agents on policies and appearance. A strong customer-service background and ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualificações

• Ability to work on special events, full time, and 2 out of 3 weekend days.
• Ability to work at least 50% of holidays including: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.
• Proven professional and engaging courtesy and guest service qualities.
• Proven peer leader and role model with the ability to promote professionalism and lead by example.
• Computer and email literate.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite family of applications.
• Able to multi-task and complete projects with deadlines.
• Ability to become CPR and First Aid certified.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, use manual dexterity entire shift and work in confined space.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Full Time, Hourly PositionHourly Rate: $22.80 to 22.80 / hour

Responsabilidades

• Lead Admissions Team under supervision and train staff.
• Upsell ticket types and Garden offerings to guests.
• Schedule breaks in compliance with labor laws.
• Provide additional coverage when necessary.
• Coach Admissions Agents on appearance and policies.
• Attend leadership meetings and report progress.
• Meet weekly with department manager to discuss improvements.
• Assist in training new Admissions Agents and update materials.
• Maintain asset tracking and inventory related to tickets and supplies.
• Remain professional and courteous to all guests.
• Assist in software and hardware upgrades and deployments.
