Job summary

The Space Needle in Seattle is hiring an Admissions Supervisor to oversee daily admissions operations and supervise the Admissions Team. You will train new hires, maintain manuals, and ensure a smooth guest flow while upselling and promoting a safe, welcoming environment.

Role requires leadership experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to manage schedules and respond to inquiries. Full-time, hourly with benefits and a 90-day performance review.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience within a customer service‑oriented environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Washington State Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admissions operations and supervise Admissions Team Members.
• Lead training for new hires and audit performance to meet standards.
• Schedule team members and manage guest flow and guest experience.
• Maintain training manuals and uphold Space Needle policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Admissions Operations Manager and other departments.
