Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking an Admission Intake Auditor in West Palm Beach to support the admissions process and ensure a compassionate experience for patients and families. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., aligning with our mission of Full Life Care for All.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare administration background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across medical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, auditing, and customer service.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hospice or home health programs preferred, with willingness to develop clinical understanding.
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
• Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team.
• Ability to develop HPBC clinical knowledge base.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit admissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
• Process new referrals accurately and efficiently to support a timely and seamless intake process.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information and coordinate appropriate follow-up to resolve documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and established requirements.
• Collaborate with intake and interdisciplinary team members to promote accuracy, compliance, and a positive patient and family experience.
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment that reflects the mission and values of Trustbridge Hospice.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Admission Intake Auditor to join our team in West Palm Beach. This full-time position works Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., supporting the admissions process and ensuring a seamless, empathetic experience for patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.

What You’ll Do

• Review and audit admissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
