Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare admissions, business development, hospital liaison, or clinical marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and the facility.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Evaluate referrals to ensure appropriate clinical and financial acceptance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth resident transitions.
• Conduct regular hospital and community visits to generate new referral opportunities.
• Track admissions activity, referral trends, and census goals.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, networking events, and community outreach.
