Job summary

Creekside Village is seeking a rockstar Hospital Liaison / Marketing Director to boost census and introduce the facility to new business opportunities. This role will assist residents or their representatives in selecting the facility for continuing health care services.

This exciting opportunity supports growth with room for advancement and potential, including managing referrals, tours, bed availability, and admissions coordination with hospital discharge planners and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years in health care sales/marketing/insurance preferred.
• Familiar with medical terminology.
• Proficient in basic PC use.

Responsibilities

• Market the facility to area hospitals.
• Create and maintain referral sources.
• Coordinate resident/patient referral and approval process.
• Conduct tours of the facility for potential residents and families.
• Track pre-admission referral activity daily/weekly.
• Ensure contracts are completed timely.
• Manage bed availability and admission processes; respond to inquiries.
• Develop relationships with referral sources to promote bed availability and services.
• Chair daily admission meetings to discuss changes and use bed management principles.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager on admissions decisions.
