Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA seeks a proactive Admissions Supervisor to oversee daily admission gates, ticketing, and guest flow. This on-site role requires leadership to guide a team, ensure accurate cash handling, and uphold brand standards.

You will coordinate with Safety, Transportation, and Operations during high-volume events, manage staffing levels, and serve as the frontline point for guest concerns, aiming for hospitality excellence.

Formación

• 2+ years in guest services, admissions, or attractions.
• 1+ year in supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume guest flow calmly.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety procedures and guest service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily admissions gates, ticketing, and entry processes.
• Ensure accurate ticket scanning, cash handling, and policy adherence.
• Manage capacity control and guest flow during peak times.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Safety, and Operations teams.
• Lead guest services, inquiries, accessibility services, and lost & found.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise admissions staff.
• Maintain high service standards and staff accountability.
• Support safety, emergency planning, and incident response.
