Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, hospitality, attractions, or guest-service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, POS systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, guest-facing environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of assigned retail shops and seasonal activations.
• Ensure locations are guest-ready, staffed, organized, clean, and operate with service standards.
• Provide on-floor leadership, assist guests, resolve concerns, and support staff during busy periods.
• Support merchandising, product presentation, replenishment, pricing accuracy, and store appearance.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Coordinate schedules and staffing based on business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and efficiency.
• Ensure PCI-compliant handling of customer payment information.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and collaborate with departments on product movement.
