Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health Programs to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. You’ll respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and present program options in person or virtually.

The role requires high-volume outreach, strong consultative sales skills, and familiarity with CRM systems like Nexus or CampusVue. Join a collaborative campus team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
