Outsourcey in Houston is seeking an Admissions Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to drive engagement with prospective families and manage the enrollment pipeline. You will join a mission to connect families with private school options, coordinate tours, follow up on inquiries, and build partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of admissions experience, strong English writing, and hands-on CRM and social media experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in admissions coordination or related pipeline roles.
• Strong English writing to draft warm, professional outreach copy.
• Experience building structured pipelines with follow-up cadences.
• Proficiency with Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, Instagram and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with private school admissions or education marketing is preferred.
• Experience with online data research for list building.

Responsibilities

• Community research and parent engagement in local groups.
• Referral partner outreach to churches and nonprofits near the school.
• Inquiry tracking from initial inquiry to enrollment and follow-up dates.
• Parent communication via email, phone, Facebook, and website.
• Tour scheduling and coordination with the school director.
• Directory maintenance for digital visibility across platforms.
