Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in the United States seeks an Admissions Director to oversee patient admissions, census targets, and payer management. You will manage referrals, respond promptly, and promote the nursing center’s visibility through targeted community marketing.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure smooth transition-of-care, and strive to improve referral-to-admit conversions with a focus on timely follow-up and strong patient and family communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and achieving census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources through regular engagement and a structured touchpoint system.
• Serve as the brand steward, maintaining the nursing center’s website and managing social media engagement to improve online presence (e.g., Google rating > 4.0).
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure smooth transition-of-care with strong patient/family communication.
• Achieve improved conversion ratios by optimizing the referral-to-admit process and tour-to-admit conversions.
