Alpha School in the Bay Area seeks a founding Head of Admissions to build a local enrollment function from the ground up, develop a qualified pipeline, and determine fit for the Alpha model. You will lead in-person tours, partnerships, and community events, managing 7+ relationships and owning the end-to-end journey, all on-site at Palo Alto or San Rafael.

You will grow enrollment, track pipeline health, and rewrite playbooks as you learn what works in your market.

Qualifikationen

3+ years in premium client‑facing roles with $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month in revenue targets.
End-to-end ownership of enrollment journeys: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
Experience owning a target and building demand channels with external partnerships or referrals.
7+ concurrent client/family relationships tracked in a CRM or database.
Hands-on use of AI tools in client-facing workflows.

Grow enrollment at one Bay Area campus with families who thrive in the Alpha model.
Own the full admissions process from inquiry to onboarding.
Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions for analytical, high-expectation parents.
Maintain 7+ active family relationships with tracked status and next actions.
Report weekly on pipeline health and contribute to playbooks and SOPs.
