Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a high-volume multi-line call center.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce).
• Experience with PeopleSoft or other Student Information Systems.
• Experience with data entry; MS Office applications.
• Experience in a higher education environment.
• Three years of office/clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service via phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain records requiring classification and compilation of information.
• Review accounts/documents for completeness and accuracy within procedures.
• Draft correspondence and update student information within university limits.
• Serve as primary reference to assist departments and resolve discrepancies.
• Recommend changes to policies or procedures affecting the function.
• Prepare and coordinate recurring and special reports or tabulations.
• Stay up to date with new procedures and information.
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Assist with special projects as directed.
