Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in admissions, enrollment, sales, business development, education, customer success, or related field.
• Experience with Florida’s Step Up For Students program and managing funding, enrollment, compliance.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dashboards or student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions and enrollment process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective families with a welcoming experience.
• Conduct consultations, campus visits, and admissions conversations with prospective families.
• Learn each student’s background, goals, learning needs, and family expectations.
• Communicate the Academy’s educational approach and personalized learning.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, records, and other admissions requirements.
• Partner with educators and school leadership to ensure proper evaluation and support.
• Maintain timely communication with families throughout the admissions process.
• Develop relationships with families and educational professionals to generate opportunities.
• Prepare admissions and enrollment reports for leadership.
• Ensure activities comply with academy policies and requirements.
