Job Summary
Reviews, analyzes, assesses and processes information, records andtranscripts for determination of academic credit and eligibilityfor degrees, and specialized program designations. Assists studentsand coordinates with departments throughout the application processon issues relating to application completion and submission.
Essential Functions
Evaluates transcripts to determine student eligibility inaccordance with applicable University policies and standards.Processes academic applications, transfer credits, and studentrecords utilizing pre-determined University guidelines.Communicates with students and educational stakeholders regardingacademic programs and services, enrollment status, and requirementsthroughout the application process. Processes final actions onprogram recommendations for admission. Collaborates with programleaders on established guidelines for admissions exceptions.Identifies areas of inconsistency and facilitates resolutions withstakeholders.
