Provides analysis and support of software and processes within theassigned functional area which may include, but is not limited toconfiguration, testing, documentation, support, maintenance andtraining for solutions, and working closely with business users,leaders, and technical users throughout the lifecycle of a systemand/or project.
Provides development, analysis and support for systems. Worksclosely with business users and managers to refine, develop andprioritize business goals and process enhancements. Provides systemsupport, including implementation, testing, training, new releases,and vendor coordination. Works closely with business users andmanagers to understand, refine and prioritize business goals andinformation needs. Manages and supports applications, includingsupport, upgrades and troubleshooting May provide support forinterfaces.
Ability to remain in a stationary position. Ability to operate acomputer and other office equipment including but not limited tophone, printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicatewith others and accurately exchange information. Ability toposition self for inspection, construction or maintenance ofequipment and/or buildings including confined, elevated and loudnoise spaces. Ability to move, transport, and/or deliver items,supplies, or equipment.
