Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students to support enrollment decisions.
• Identify student prospects via phone, in-person interviews, text, and email.
• Develop and manage action plans to meet performance standards.
• Partner with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels.
• Meet monthly activity standards and adhere to policies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicate professionally with a diverse student body.
