Job summary

HTU is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for the Fortis Birmingham campus. You will recruit and enroll students, take lead calls, and manage enrollment activities and paperwork to ensure complete student files.

You will represent HTU at career fairs and orientation events, track marketing and sales activity, and contribute to reports. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential to help students succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a student-focused approach.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and referral lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll students at the Fortis Birmingham campus.
• Take lead calls and track lead inquiries.
• Manage enrollment activities and paperwork to ensure complete student files.
• Track marketing and sales activity and produce reports.
• Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs, and similar events.
• Participate in student orientation and registration activities.
