Episcopal School of Baton Rouge seeks a driven Account Executive to manage and develop relationships with current and prospective families, promoting the school and its programs within the community.

The ideal candidate has a strong sales/marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. This role partners with Admissions and Marketing to drive enrollment and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students and families.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective families through regular communication and outreach.
• Conduct tours and information sessions for prospective families.
• Collaborate with admissions to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.
• Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the school.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective families and track enrollment progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials.
• Monitor enrollment data to identify trends and adjust strategies.
