Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dynamic Marketing/Sales professional for our Memphis facility to drive growth in admissions and census through targeted outreach to hospitals and referral sources. You will coordinate strategic plans, manage external communications, and collaborate with the care team to optimize service mix.

• Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility.
• Complete external sales calls on target market.
• Manage the facility’s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals.
• Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources including e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries.
