Signature HealthCARE, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center. You will manage the admissions process, provide information to prospective residents and families, and ensure a smooth transition into care.

In this role, you will collaborate with the local team to meet census targets and quality mix goals, while ensuring a positive admissions experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in healthcare preferred.
