Job summary

COMMUNITY PHARMACY is hiring an Admissions Director to lead referrals and occupancy efforts for short-term and long-term care residents. You will read referrals, build hospital/provider relationships, and guide families through the application process.

The role requires 2+ years in LTC sales/marketing, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends, with experience in referral systems like EPIC/Allscripts. Competitive benefits and a strong team environment are offered.

• Superior interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• 2+ years sales and marketing in Short-Term or Long-Term Care experience
• Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.

• Knowledge of referral systems including: Aiden/EPIC/Navi/Allscripts
• Previous experience as an Admissions Director
