Job summary

Arkansas State University-Beebe is seeking an Admissions Analyst to support the Office of Admissions. The role involves processing applications, advising applicants on online tools, and maintaining files using imaging and student information systems.

Qualifications

Associate Degree with 12–18 months related experience in student enrollment or intake processing.
Experience with data entry and records management.
Experience with imaging systems and university student information software.
Knowledge of Ellucian Banner and CRM systems is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain enrollment funnel and reports for the Director of Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator.
Process admission applications and update applicant files.
Review documents to determine admission eligibility based on standards.
Communicate with applicants regarding eligibility, required information, or status updates.
Coordinate with students and staff on housing, fees, and degree requirements; may work off-site occasionally.
Prepare and mail correspondence and materials per the office plan.
