Job summary

Roosevelt University seeks an Admission Information Systems Specialist to implement, support, and develop the university's CRM and admissions processing. You will manage Ellucian Recruiter (Microsoft Dynamics) and Banner setup, workflows, and reporting while supporting end users across Admissions and Enrollment Management.

Strong communication and collaboration with IT and functional teams are essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of tech experience, and familiarity with ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of progressive technology experience.
• At least 1 year direct experience with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application or related system.
• Demonstrated experience with a major ERP Financial Aid system (Banner, Datatel, PeopleSoft, etc.)
• Strong background in the business processes of admission/enrollment/financial aid.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop and facilitate all reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads the Ellucian Recruiter (Microsoft Dynamics platform) tool.
• Coordinates applications-based solutions including Travel Management, Event Management, and Application Process flows.
• Maintains control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges.
• Tests system upgrades and changes in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Provisions new users and provides system training; trains end users using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Develops and maintains process documents and communications plans for Admissions and EMSS.
