Job summary

Collegis Education is seeking an Ellucian Banner Functional Analyst to support partner institutions, streamline business processes, and enhance system functionality. You will act as the Banner expert, resolve issues, and drive improvements across finance, student, HR/payroll, and AR modules.

The role requires 3–5 years of Banner experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to translate requirements into system concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; one year of experience may substitute for one year of education.
Experience translating business requirements into Banner configurations.
Familiarity with Banner reporting, workflow, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership and technical expertise to support Banner day-to-day operations and new functionality.
Deliver excellent customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to partner inquiries accurately and timely.
Take primary ownership of Banner support and elevate as necessary.
Collaborate with functional units to establish production schedules, resolve technology issues, and assist with report generation.
Assist functional departments to comply with regulatory requirements for client information systems.
Develop and maintain effective system documentation for Banner users.
