Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Admissions Credential Evaluator to review applications, transcripts, and academic records, and to determine transfer and military credits for admission decisions. You will advise on degree equivalencies and respond to a range of academic inquiries.

The role requires working with student records and compliance with university policies. The position emphasizes proficiency with student information systems (WSU SIS) and Slate CRM to support decisions and complex projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years in program admissions or related experience.
• Experience with student records, admissions, and related systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Slate CRM and the WSU SIS.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, transcripts, and academic records
• Evaluate transfer, test, and military credit
• Determine academic level and degree equivalencies
• Provide guidance in response to academic inquiries
• Evaluate credentials and make admission decisions for prospective, new, current, and former undergraduate students
• Manage complex assignments and projects requiring knowledge of university regulations, policies, procedures, and administrative processes
