You’ll be a visible ambassador for JCSU—partnering with high schools, community organizations, educators, alumni, and families—while guiding prospective students through admissions, scholarships/financial aid information, and next steps. You’ll blend outreach with organization: plan events, manage your territory, track your progress, and keep every student moving toward their goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree supplemented by one to three years of substantive experience in admissions, recruitment, high school guidance, public relations, counseling or other relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills (written, verbal, phone) and work ethic required. Travel required; must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other) are desirable. Must have a valid driver's license.
