Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and support diverse student populations via high school visits, college fairs, interviews, campus tours, and counseling.
• Cultivate relationships with guidance counselors, educators, alumni, and community partners to meet enrollment goals.
• Promote the university's programs and student life to prospective students online, in-person, and at events.
• Advise prospects on admissions timelines, scholarships, and financial aid; maintain follow-up through enrollment.
• Coordinate focus areas (e.g., direct mail, campus tours, web outreach, international recruitment).
• Review and process applications; maintain accurate student records and reports; assist with orientation programs.
• Represent the university with integrity in interactions with students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners.
