Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience providing customer service and advising or counseling students.
• Experience presenting to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, deadlines, and travel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet university driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and families; respond via phone, email, virtual engagement, and in-person meetings; provide individualized guidance and connect to university resources.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate recruitment activities using territory data and institutional priorities; represent the university at recruitment programs and events; travel frequently in the territory.
• Present clear information about undergraduate experience, opportunities, admissions, and pathways; tailor presentations to student and family needs.
• Build and sustain relationships with high schools, community colleges, alumni, and partners; maintain regular communication and feedback with the Senior Program Coordinator.
• Promote awareness of available admission pathways and support pathway outreach and transition activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes in Slate; review applications and meet productivity and confidentiality expectations; participate in scholarship processes as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
