Job summary

University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School invites applications for an Admissions Coordinator in Non-Degree Programs. You will support student recruitment, applicant services, and enrollment operations across the full cycle, coordinating applicant tracking, review, reader onboarding, and helpdesk support.

You'll manage virtual and in-person recruitment events, maintain data quality in Salesforce and other systems, and produce leadership summaries and communications to partners and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years in admissions or student services preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service mindset.
• Experience with data quality and reporting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions operations across the application cycle with tracking and enrollment activities.
• Assist with application review and onboarding of readers; coordinate communications and helpdesk support.
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events; manage calendars and materials.
• Generate routine/ad hoc reports; maintain data quality in admissions and recruitment systems.
