Fraser Villa in Fraser, MI is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to guide residents and families through the admissions journey and serve as a welcoming ambassador for our community.

The role involves coordinating the admissions process, completing paperwork in compliance with regulations, and partnering with clinical liaisons to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in hospitality admissions/concierge/receptionist roles are preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is expected.
• Experience in long-term care, healthcare admissions, or elder care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the resident admissions process from inquiry to move-in.
• Complete admissions paperwork in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Partner with clinical liaisons to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct community tours and provide information to prospective residents and families.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting residents, families, and visitors.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Every other weekend required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Long-term care, healthcare admissions, or experience working with older adults preferred
