IHA's Fraser Villa is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across the facility. This role supports a safe, clean environment for residents and staff, with a day shift and a Monday-Friday schedule plus rotating weekends.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, bring strong customer service, and thrive in a team-oriented setting. Full-time employment with strong benefits and ongoing career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism.
• Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and accountability skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and support residents’ needs.
• Self-motivated and capable of planning and implementing organizational goals.
