Job summary

Fraser Villa in Fraser, MI, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our hands-on, supportive team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

This full-time (day shift) role offers a schedule Mon-Fri with rotating weekends, Day-1 benefits, DailyPay access, PTO, retirement plan with match, health coverage, and discounts with major vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric population preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.
