The Bush School in Seattle is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, handling daily operations, data management, and applicant communications from recruitment to enrollment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong organization, and multitasking abilities, with experience in Blackbaud, Ravenna, and MS Office. Expect occasional weekends/evenings during peak season with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong work ethic, organization, punctuality, and attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Blackbaud, Ravenna, School & Student Services, MailChimp, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, providing technical, logistical, and administrative support from recruitment to enrollment.
• Manage the admissions database, input/export data, generate reports, and maintain online applications.
• Respond to phone/email inquiries with a customer-service approach, supporting families, students, and staff, especially from under-represented communities.
• Plan and support K-12 recruitment/admissions events: open houses, fairs, tours, assessments, and decision-week activities.
