The role includes phone intake, coordinating with families, gathering financial and insurance information, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.

You will work with medical and clinical staff, maintain the Call Tracker and Admissions Traffic Report, visit referral sources, complete paperwork, and uphold professional boundaries while

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with family members and potential clients about admission expectations and items to bring.
• Available to receive afterhours calls, on holidays and weekends.
• Gathers financial and insurance information promptly and securely.
• Communicates with the billing company and uploads phone intake results into EHR.
• Coordinates with medical/clinical staff to assess incoming clients.
• Meets with families to describe programs and services offered.
• Maintains Call Tracker and Admissions Traffic Report.
• Completes paperwork prior to client intake per Admissions Process.
• Maintains professional boundaries and provides compassionate service.
• Sends updates to staff on new admissions and ETA.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
