Sana Lake Recovery, LLC in Dittmer, MO is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support admissions and intake processes. You will be the primary contact for referrals and families, guiding members through the intake journey and scheduling assessments with the treatment team.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have experience in substance use or mental health settings, and are proficient with Excel or KIPU EHR.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma (or GED).
• Experience in the field of substance use and/or mental health is preferred.
• Experience in the admissions process is preferred.
• Experience with Excel is a plus.
• Experience with an Electronic Health Record (KIPU) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process admissions and intakes.
• Serve as primary contact for external referral sources, families and members seeking treatment.
• Assist members in engaging in treatment and moving them through the intake process.
• Schedule assessments and introduce them to the treatment team.
