Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Westborough, MA seeks an Admissions Coordinator for two evening shifts. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, completing admission paperwork, scheduling clients, and screening during admissions. Maintain a safe waiting area and handle admissions calls, routing them as needed.

Position offers benefits and tuition assistance, with a 40-hour weekly schedule. Two openings: Sunday-Thursday and Tuesday-Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm; pay rate $20.50/hour plus benefits and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• Experience in substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills.
• Must communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting.
