The role involves reviewing referrals, maintaining accurate intake records, coordinating with program staff to balance capacity, and ensuring compliance with state and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field or related field is required.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families in a therapeutic environment is required.
• Experience conducting clinical intake assessments is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before working with clients.
• Current driver’s license and valid auto insurance.

About the Role

The Admissions Coordinator works closely with the Program Director to maintain the appropriate number of admissions while providing client-centered care focused on meeting the needs of clients. This role is responsible for conducting intake assessments, preparing admission packets, reviewing referral materials, and ensuring timely assignment of clients to clinicians while supporting efficient program admissions and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience conducting clinical intake assessments
• CPR and First Aid certification OR willingness and ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications before working with clients
• Current driver’s license and valid auto insurance
