Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, admissions, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new admissions and re-admissions with the Admissions team.
• Serve as a primary contact for inquiries from hospitals, families, and referral sources.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to admission inquiries professionally.
• Schedule admissions and notify interdisciplinary team members of expected arrivals.
• Prepare and organize admission paperwork and required documentation.
• Welcome new residents and families upon arrival and assist with the transition process.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Maintain accurate census and admission tracking records.
• Assist in maintaining room readiness and coordination of equipment for incoming residents.
• Support census-building initiatives and marketing efforts as assigned.
