Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking a PART_TIME Receptionist to join our team. The role is scheduled for 3-11pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, with an hourly rate of $12.

This position involves greeting patients and families, answering calls, and maintaining accurate records to support excellent patient care. You will manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care by answering and directing phone calls, greeting patients and families, and responding to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and updating patient records
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient information, appointment schedules, and incident reports
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing correspondence, reports, and statistical data
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families, when needed
