Job summary

Alliance Health at Braintree seeks an Admissions Director to lead admissions from referrals, coordinate with clinical and census initiatives, and drive community outreach for short-term rehab and long-term care.

You will manage tours, support census development, and collaborate with the Executive Director and Central Admissions Team to ensure a seamless, welcoming admission experience in a fast-paced, community-focused facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, nursing, or social work focus preferred but not required)
• Current Massachusetts RN, LPN, LSW, LCSW, or LICSW license strongly preferred but not required
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or sub-acute care preferred

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain a referral log and track all incoming referrals
• Coordinate with families, referral sources and the Central Admissions team to support timely and appropriate admissions
• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations and marketing initiatives
• Support the Executive Director in executing the facility marketing plan
• Promote and help coordinate media coverage and outreach programs in accordance with facility policy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
• Monitor and report advertising and promotional expenses as requested by the Executive Director
• Support administrative tasks related to admissions and census development efforts
