Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham, MA is actively seeking an Admissions Director to lead admissions, census growth, and community relationships. The role focuses on coordinating referrals, tours, and ensuring smooth transitions into the facility.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the Administrator, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting census development efforts with strong communication to residents, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (healthcare, nursing, or social work focus).
• Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or sub-acute care.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, physicians, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Admit, transfer, and discharge resident in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a referral log and track all incoming referrals.
• Coordinate with families, referral sources and the admissions team to support timely and appropriate admissions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations and marketing initiatives.
• Support the Administrator in executing the facility marketing plan.
• Promote and help coordinate media coverage and outreach programs in accordance with facility policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Monitor and report advertising and promotional expenses as requested by the Administrator.
• Support administrative tasks related to admissions and census development efforts.
