Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an Admission Coordinator to grow census and quality mix by guiding prospective residents and families through the admission process. You will lead the inquiry and admission workflow, coordinate with the CNO, BOM and facility leaders, and ensure smooth transitions from admission to care.

Qualifications

• Must have successful experience in sales/marketing or admissions coordination.
• Ability to build relationships with referral sources and hospital discharge planners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-up discussions and communicate admission issues with CEO and department heads.
• Oversee bed management and occupancy decisions with CNO and BOM.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Ensure room readiness for new admissions and smooth transitions.
• Manage inquiries and follow-up with hospital discharge planners and referral sources.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
