Job summary

Cascades Healthcare seeks an Area Admissions & Marketing Director to lead admissions, marketing and census development across Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center, and Ponderosa Villa. You will build referral partnerships, collaborate with facility leadership, and create outreach strategies to achieve census goals while delivering a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years healthcare sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; experience with EHR and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the admissions process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience for residents and families.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, and community organizations.
• Grow and maintain census through outreach, relationship-building, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate admissions with clinical teams, screening candidates for appropriate placement with facility leadership.
• Conduct facility tours, educate families on services, and represent the facility at community events and networking opportunities.
• Create and maintain marketing materials while supporting advertising efforts and brand awareness.
• Track admissions, discharges, referrals, inquiries, and census trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Complete admission paperwork, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service through daily interactions, quality assurance rounds, and cross-department communication.
• Evaluate insurance coverage and reimbursement guidelines, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care, to support the admissions process
