Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an Admission Coordinator to grow census and quality mix by engaging prospective residents and families, managing inquiries, and driving external sales with hospital discharge planners and physicians. You will coordinate with executives and department heads to ensure smooth admissions and bed management, while delivering strong customer service and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; relevant experience may waive this requirement.
• Proven sales and relationship-building abilities with referral sources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage census/quality mix through market development and inquiries.
• Lead admissions process, bed management, and room/beds decisions.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and conduct external sales calls.
• Provide community education and participate in public relations activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate patient documentation.
• Coordinate with CEO, CNO, BOM and department heads to resolve issues.
