Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated admissions coordinator to manage recruitment and arrival coordination for Job Corps students. You will identify partnerships and ensure eligible, suitable candidates enroll while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

The role requires an associate degree with experience in youth development and a valid in-state driver's license. You will collaborate with schools and community agencies to support student success and retention.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field preferred.
• Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or enrollment in other youth development programs.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.

• Serve as liaison between center staff and community agencies.
