Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a recruiter/admissions specialist for the Shriver Job Corps to coordinate student arrivals and build beneficial partnerships with local organizations. You will assess eligibility, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data integrity throughout the enrollment process.

The role involves working with community agencies and schools to inform prospective applicants about the program, and supporting a seamless enrollment experience with supervision from the Center

Qualifications

• Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required.
• Experience with admissions and/or youth development programs highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and arrival coordination of Job Corps students.
• Identify and develop Center-beneficial partnerships for student benefit and success.
• Determine student qualifications, eligibility and suitability for enrollment; maintain confidentiality of student data.
• Ensure integrity of student data and adherence to guidelines.
• Support Center in meeting performance goals set by DOL/Company.
• Conduct comprehensive screening to determine applicant eligibility and suitability.
