Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Behavioral Health and SUD treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in office technologies (Google & Microsoft).
• Working knowledge of EMR systems.
• Compassionate communication with clients and families.
• Passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for treatment.
• If not qualified, provide a referral for next steps.
• Educate potential clients and families about programs, services, and admission requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule intake appointments for new clients.
• Make routine follow-up calls to support attendance and readiness.
• Collect and review insurance information, medical records, and consent forms.
• Communicate with referral sources and respond to admission inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions, discharges, and client information.
• Provide support and guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.
