Team Recovery Ohio, LLC. is seeking an Admissions Specialist to guide individuals through the admissions process for substance use treatment.

You will screen clients, educate families, and coordinate intake while collaborating with clinical, medical, housing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions into care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining EMR documentation, and following up with prospective clients to address barriers and confirm attendance.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in health & human services preferred.
• 1+ year in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needs and level of care.
• Educate clients and families about programs, admissions requirements, and processes.
• Schedule intake appointments and coordinate timely admissions.
• Follow up with prospective clients to address barriers and confirm attendance.
• Provide referrals for clients not meeting criteria or needing alternative resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems and admissions records.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, housing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Engage with referral sources such as hospitals and therapists and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality initiatives.
