• Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and financial eligibility processes.
• Conduct facility tours and provide information to prospective residents and families.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, and administrative departments to ensure seamless resident transitions.
• Prepare admission packets and required documentation.
• Follow up with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners to obtain timely and complete information.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and census development efforts as needed.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions experience.
