Job summary

Highland Hills Post Acute is seeking an admissions-focused professional to support the Marketing Director and Admissions Team in reviewing admissions and preparing for incoming residents. You will work under supervision to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local standards.

The role emphasizes understanding clinical terms, weekend rotations, and PCC experience, with a culture of appreciation and growth within America's PACS network.

• Ability to work rotating weekends.

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh. Our dedicated staff members are ready to welcome you to the team. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Strong understanding of clinical terms
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Admissions experience in LTC/ SNF
• Experience with PCC is preferred

Your day to day:

You’ll assist our Marketing Director and Admissions Team in reviewing admissions and preparing for incoming residents. You’ll work under supervision of our Marketing Director to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
